All our staff (paid and volunteers) located at our offices in Ponders End work towards this cause. The Enfield Citizens Advice Bureau provides advice to the community, in all its diversity, to all its needs, to ensure that everyone is aware of the services and assistance available to them.

Mission Statement
- Enfield CAB aims to reduce inequality, deprivation and the lack of access to justice through the lack of knowledge of personal rights through information, advice, and educational services within the London Borough of Enfield.
- Enfield CAB believes everyone has the right to a fair chance in participating in society and it will exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally.
Our Vision
Enfield CAB has a 30 year track record of delivering information and advice services within our community. Our vision is to provide greater access to information and advice services in Enfield. Greater accessibility ensures more individuals have access to the information and advice that will assist them make informed choices, and build benefits for the whole Borough by developing income to support the Borough’s local economy. To achieve our vision we are developing and maintaining a programme of activity under five themes:
- Developing Access - Extending hours and points of service access project.
- Developing Sustainable Services.
- Developing Partnership & Communication.
- Ensuring Better Governance.
- Developing Volunteers & Staff.
To achieve this vision, the Enfield CAB Services aims are:
- To provide the advice people need for the problems they face.
- To improve the policies and principles that affect people's lives.
