  • Telephone

    We have changed our telephone service, the new number is 0300 330 1167. Calls are charged at the local rate. Lines are open from Monday – Friday 10am -4pm and also on one Saturday each month from 10am-1pm.

    If you are calling from a mobile, please dial the telephone number above.  However, after dialing, mobile users will be asked to give a landline number in Enfield – if you do not have a landline of your own, please input `0208 375 4170’ at this point.  This will make sure that your call comes through to us correctly.


    Enfield CAB is pleased to announce that we are able to provide a Saturday telephone service

    for one Saturday per month. Our 2017 schedule is as follows:  

    14/01/2017,  18/02/2017,  18/03/2017,  8/04/2017,  20/05/2017,  17/06/2017,  15/07/2017,  19/08/2017,  16/09/2017,  14/10/2017,  18/11/2017,  16/12/2017

    Please telephone 0300 330 1167.  The telephone lines will be open from 10am to 1pm.


  • Drop In

    We offer a face-to-face drop-in service at our offices, which you can come along to for assistance. This is usually open from 10am – 1pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

    The service is very busy and we regret that on some occasions we have to close earlier than 1pm because the bureau is full. You may prefer to telephone, email or write to us instead.
