- Volunteer Advice Support (CRB Check recommendation)
- Volunteer Form-Filler
- Volunteer Financial Capability (CRB Check recommendation)
- Volunteer Gateway Assessors

Administrator/Receptionist Volunteers: This role is an integral part of the session team, with the Advice Session Supervisor actively supporting and keeping you informed about the session. There are no specific qualifications or experience required but the following criteria is necessary:
- Greet clients/visitors in a friendly and approachable manner and have good communication with people.
- Basic computer skills and an ability to enter information onto a computer system.
- Inform clients of waiting times, maintain reception area, monitor client numbers, and refer clients to advice materials.
- An understanding and commitment to confidentiality.
Volunteer Fiancial Capability Trainer: This role involves providing finacial education to diverse community audiences. The following criteria for this role is necessary:
- Deliver interesting and engaging training that covers debt prevention, budgeting, borrowing and saving.
- Organise courses and liasie with partner organisations.
Enfield CAB Service has a trustee board made up of Volunteer Trustees who are responsible for the management of the service
